Our founding partners have decades of experience and success representing clients in wide-ranging business disputes. As seasoned trial and appellate lawyers, they have represented clients in state and federal courts nationwide—while also helping many of their clients achieve business objectives without litigation.
Many of our cases involve complex, multi-faceted, and highly-technical business disputes. We take great pride in our ability to build a deep and nuanced understanding of each client’s industry, organization, and case and, in turn, develop thoughtful, sophisticated strategies for success.

While some firms may take a standardized and formulaic approach to every client engagement, we take pride in finding the optimal path for each unique case—recognizing that not all victories must be won in the same way. As a boutique firm, we are unhindered by rigid operational constraints and can adapt our fee arrangements based on the client, case, budget, and potential outcomes. While a reasonable hourly fee may be appropriate for many types of cases, there are instances in which a flat fee, partial contingency, full contingency, or hybrid approach would be preferable—so we work with each client to reach a fee agreement that makes sense.
We feel strongly that giving back to our community is not simply an obligation, but a privilege, and we have provided a range of pro bono services, including representing disadvantaged and underserved individuals in a variety of matters. In addition, we strive to maintain a diverse workforce and client base, recognizing that with diversity comes new perspectives and, in turn, new and better ways of approaching challenges.
